Candy Kisses 💋
Candy Kisses is my favourite recipe they're tiny mouthfuls of sweet heaven and they can make a perfect gift! Just pop them in a little gift box and bag with some ribbon and voila a handmade gift.
- 2 egg whites
- Pinch of cream of tartar
- 170g of candy floss sugar or any flavoured/coloured sugar of your choice
- Gold dust to decorate (optional)
For this recipe I use classikool candy floss sugar as it is coloured and flavoured, this saves you having to add too many ingredients. As candy Kisses are meringue it can easily be ruined by the addition off too many ingredients. Available on Amazon, just click the picture to have a browse.
- Prep, turn the oven onto 90'C or 1/4 gas mark to preheat, put the candy floss sugar into a blender, this grounds it down into much finer granuals, do this until it looks like powder.
